Yadiel Edgardo Correa Contreras has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the insurance industry. Yadiel Edgardo began their career in 2009 as an Auxiliar Técnico at Seguros del Estado S.A., where they were responsible for assisting the technical team in various insurance processes and document control. In 2011, they joined Chubb as a CSR surety, a role they held until 2015. During their time at Chubb, they gained experience in customer service and surety operations. In 2015, Yadiel moved on to Nacional de Seguros Colombia as a Suscriptor Cumplimiento, focusing on compliance matters. Yadiel Edgardo'smost recent position is with Howden Group Holdings, where they currently serve as Director Técnico Cumplimiento, overseeing compliance activities.

Yadiel Edgardo Correa Contreras has a diverse education history. In 2014, they completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus on general business administration and management from Politénico Grancolombiano. Following this, in 2015, Yadiel pursued further education by attending a seminar on Ontological Coaching at the same institution. In 2018, they participated in a seminar on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Coaching at CREO Argentina. Additionally, Yadiel completed a comprehensive course in Insurance Updating - Circular 050 at Instituto Nacional de Seguros - Fasecolda in 2021. Currently, they are pursuing an English language program at Open English to obtain a B1 proficiency level.
