Thomas Bellamy has a diverse work experience in the field of SAP. Thomas started their career at Royal Mail in 2009 where they worked as a SAP HCM/CRM/SF Subject Matter Expert. Thomas was involved in various aspects of SAP CRM 7.0, including service, interaction center web client, ERMS, and web services. Thomas also had working knowledge of SAP S&A and IDM.

In 2011, Thomas became a HR Application Expert at Royal Mail. In this role, they were responsible for leading MOSS 2003, MSS 2007, and MSS 2010. Thomas also played a key role in implementing Avaya into the HR Services of Royal Mail Group and developing HR functional processes into SharePoint 2010.

Since 2016, Thomas has been working at Howdens Joinery Co as a SAP CX Lead. Thomas manages a team of SAP CX analysts and supports the business through digital transformation. Thomas has completed multiple full life cycle SAP Cloud for Service brownfield implementations, including scoping, configuration, integration, custom solution development, data migration, and business analytics. Thomas also has experience and knowledge in SAP ERP modules such as Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Finance.

Thomas Bellamy attended SAP Education in 2017, where they studied C4C30 Cloud Application Studio. In 2016, they also completed a course at SAP Education in C4C14 Cloud for Customer - Service. In 2013, they studied CR100 CRM Customising Fundamentals at SAP Education.
