Julie Prince

Julie Prince has over 17 years of HR management experience in various industries. Julie began their career at DHL as an HR Advisor before moving to Alcoa, where they worked as a Senior HR Advisor and HR Manager. Julie then transitioned to Arconic, where they held roles as HR Manager and Human Resources Director. Most recently, they served as the Human Resources Director at Howmet Aerospace. Throughout their career, Julie has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Julie Prince obtained their MA in HRM and CIPD in Human Resources from the University of Derby in 2011. Julie also obtained certifications in Emotional Intelligence, General Intelligence Assessment, and Personal Profile Analysis from Thomas International in 2010 and 2021.
