Stivi Rrumbullaku

Stivi Rrumbullaku has a strong background in operations, continuous improvement, and business development. Stivi started their career as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt at L Brands and later moved to Alcoa, where they advanced to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and then to Associate Manager of Quality. Stivi then took on the role of Sr. Manager of Operations and Continuous Improvement at Avery Dennison before joining Howmet Aerospace as the Director of Commercial Marketing and Business Development for Titanium & Aluminum Forgings. Throughout their career, Stivi has been responsible for leading teams, implementing sales strategies, driving operational excellence, and achieving revenue targets.

Stivi Rrumbullaku earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2009. In addition, they obtained various certifications such as ISO/TS 16949:2009 Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer, Project Management Professional Course, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt between 2010 and 2012.
