Tera Grinnell

Tera Grinnell worked as an HR Generalist at Federal Forge, Inc. from 1999 to 2002. Tera then moved on to roles at Lear Corporation, first as an Assistant HR Manager from 2002 to 2004, followed by a Plant HR Manager from 2004 to 2005. Tera went on to be an HR Client Leader at GE Aviation from 2006 to 2009. Tera'snext role was as a Human Resource Manager at Alcoa from 2009 to 2013, where they led the HR function for a multi-million dollar facility. Lastly, they worked as an HR Director & Talent Manager at Howmet Aerospace starting in 2013, providing HR leadership for various business segments within the company.

Tera Grinnell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University in 1995. Tera then went on to obtain a Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources from the Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations in 1999.
