Mika Lindstedt is a Strategic Service Designer at Howspace. Mika has over three years of experience in designing and leading strategic design projects for companies in a variety of industries.

Mika has a deep understanding of customer needs and how to turn them into new business opportunities and service/product concepts. Mika is skilled in conducting research, interviews, and observations, facilitating co-creation sessions, and defining service purposes, customer journeys, service blueprints, and business models.

Mika's experience in organizational development has helped their create new customer-centric and experimentation-focused organizational models and implement new ways of working into everyday operations.

Mika Lindstedt has a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Tampere University of Technology and an EBA Program in Economics from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand.
