Sandra Mittica

Sandra Mittica is a Partnerships Manager at Howspace. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Business Growth Operations Content Acquisition for Huawei AppGallery Nordics & Baltics. In this role, they were responsible for games acquisition roadmap, daily operations, partner communications and project management. Sandra also liaised with key clients to create a customer success strategy, defining the business growth strategy and plan to drive UA, growth, retention and revenue. As a result of their work, the company saw a 480% increase in user acquisition, downloads and revenue in 11 months.

Before their time at Huawei, Sandra Mittica was the Head of Operations and Team Lead for Games at Hatch Entertainment Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of game developers and ensuring that projects were completed on time and within budget. Sandra also oversaw the development of new games and features, as well as the testing and launch of new games.

Sandra Mittica began their career as a Group Leader Volunteering at DrivenWoman. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of volunteers who provided support to women in need. Sandra also organized campaigns and events to promote the work of the organization.

Sandra Mittica's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Arcada University of Applied Sciences, as well as a certification from Coursera in Positive Psychology Course. Sandra also attended the International Bilingual School in Paris.
