Heather Dwyer

Heather Dwyer is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and team leadership. As Co-Founder of Hospitality Life since January 2023, Heather focuses on recruitment and task force solutions for luxury and independent hotels across the U.S. Simultaneously, as President and Founder of Dwyer Consulting Company, Inc. since January 2021, Heather specializes in enhancing group sales and marketing through consulting and training services. Previous roles include Associate Director of Sales at Irvine Company Resort Properties, where Heather contributed to centralizing the sales team, and various positions at MGM Resorts International, where Heather successfully managed key accounts and increased territory production. Heather's career also includes experience in restaurant service, teaching, and business development, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
