Jack O'Brien has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Jack started their career as a Production Associate/Writer at ABC News in 2004, where they gained experience in writing comedy professionally. Jack then joined Demand Media in 2005, where they founded and served as the VP of Cracked.com. During their time at Demand Media, they successfully built an audience of 1.2 million unique visitors per day. In 2009, they became the Editor in Chief at Cracked.com and held the position until 2017. In 2017, they joined HowStuffWorks as the Creative Director and Head of Comedy.
Jack O'Brien attended Georgetown University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Jack'sfield of study included Philosophy, English, and Government.
