Growth Marketing Manager at Hoxhunt

Annika Selander has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Media Intern position at Finn-Guild in 2015. Annika then moved on to become the Communication Manager at Erasmus Student Network Finland, where they were responsible for creating the brand presence of ESN Finland, particularly on digital media. In 2016, they worked as a Social Media Executive at EF English Live and as the Media Teams Lead at Erasmus Student Network AISBL.

In 2018, Annika moved to Essence as a Media Activation Manager for Google EMEA (Programmatic), managing display performance campaigns for Google Digital Workshop, Google Home and Pixel, and Google Store in key EMEA markets. Annika was responsible for coordinating the media plan implementation, budget pacing, bid and campaign optimisation, performance monitoring, and data-based performance reports.

In 2020, Annika took on the role of Customer Success Manager at Smartly.io. Currently, they are the Growth Marketing Manager at Hoxhunt, a position they have held since 2022.

Annika Selander completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at the University of Jyväskylä in 2016. Prior to that, they had studied Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at Université Bordeaux Montaigne (ex - Bordeaux 3) in 2012. In 2022, they obtained two certifications from Smartly.io, the Smartly.io Ad Buying Foundational in March and the Smartly.io Creative Foundational in January.
