Jack Wallman

Jack Wallman is a food scientist currently employed at Hoxton Farms since August 2023, specializing in product development and scientific support for food manufacturing SMEs. Previous experience includes roles as a carpenter assistant at MTNside Builders, food innovation technologist at the University of Nottingham, and product developer for Catherine's Originals, focusing on vegan chocolate. Jack has also worked as a chocolate scientist at Mondelēz International, a junior product manager at Etex Building Performance, and completed a graduate trainee program at Avon Rubber plc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Leeds and an MSci in Chemistry with Industrial Experience from the University of Bristol.
