Zoey Kiew is a Cell Culture Technician at Hoxton Farms since June 2023. Prior to this role, Zoey worked as a Chef and Front of House staff at Lyaness from March 2022 to January 2023, and held the position of Research Fellow at UCL from March 2022 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Leeds from October 2021 to July 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Cardiovascular Science from UCL (August 2021 - September 2022) and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Food Science & Nutrition from the University of Leeds (September 2018 - July 2021). Additional studies include Cambridge A-Levels at Taylor's College Subang Jaya (July 2016 - December 2017) and an Advanced Diploma in Pastry Arts from the Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia (March 2015 - January 2016), complemented by a foundational education from Methodist Girl’s School Ipoh (January 2010 - December 2014).
