Matt Silva currently serves as the Interim Global Head of Privacy at Hoya and Principal at Garvin Advisory LLC, effective May 2024. Previously, Matt held key leadership roles at GE HealthCare, including SVP & Chief Information Security Officer, General Counsel for GEHC’s digital health business, and Chief Privacy Officer. With extensive experience in privacy compliance and legal issues, Matt has also worked at Pfizer and Vodafone and served on various advisory boards, including the Palo Alto Advisory Board and the International Pharmaceutical Privacy Consortium. Matt's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws and a BSc in Chemistry from Rhodes University, along with advanced legal training from BPP Law School and leadership courses at Crotonville.
