Bidisha Rudra

Bidisha Rudra currently serves as the Director of Global Key Accounts at Hoya Vision Care, focusing on strategic partnerships to enhance revenue and brand adoption within global and national accounts. Previously, Bidisha held the position of Head of Marketing & Sales at Senior Helpers, where entrepreneurial efforts were directed towards launching a full-service home care business. Bidisha's extensive experience includes roles at Transitions Optical as Senior Managing Director, maximizing sales for Transitions® lenses, and various leadership positions at Essilor, including President of the Essilor Women's Network and Executive Director of Managed Vision Care Lab Sales. Bidisha's earlier career included analytical roles at TXU Energy, Citigroup, American Express, and the University of Utah. Bidisha holds a PhD in Economics from The University of Georgia and both an M.A. and B.A. in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and Delhi University, respectively.
