Elisa Schreckinger

Elisa Schreckinger is a Senior Scientist at HP Hood LLC since February 2022, having previously held the position of Scientist II. Prior experience includes serving as a Scientist at Kerry Group from September 2016 to January 2022 and working as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University from August 2012 to August 2016. Elisa's early career involved a role as a Research and Development Intern at Nestlé from July 2010 to July 2011 and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2008 to May 2010. Educationally, Elisa holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Food Science from Texas A&M University, a Master's degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biotechnology from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
