Aparna Babu

Aparna Babu is an accomplished IT professional with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as the Director of eCommerce and Customer Experience IT at HP since February 2021. In this role, Aparna manages B2C and B2B eCommerce, including payments and eCommerce services, driving the global eCommerce strategy and operations. Prior to this position, Aparna held various roles at HP, including Sr. IT Development Manager for worldwide B2C eCommerce stores and Technical Project Lead and Solution Architect, overseeing the entire software development lifecycle for multiple projects. Aparna's career also includes significant contributions as a Lead Developer for the Customer Advantage B2B e-commerce platform and roles at Dynegy and SAIC. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management Information Systems from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
