Sharon Tseng has extensive experience in BIOS issue debugging and verification, with a proven track record in program management and quality assurance. Sharon worked at HP from April 2019 to January 2022, first as a Workstations BIOS Program Manager and later as a Consumer BIOS Program Manager, leading efforts in unknown issue analysis and managing commodity issues with ODM/vendors.
