Pradeep Kumar

Pradeep Kumar has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Pradeep started their career in 1996 as an Executive in HR at Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd. After gaining experience there, they moved on to Indian Toners and Developers Limited as an Executive in Corporate HR. In 2000, they joined Benetton Group as a Senior Executive in HR. Following this, they worked at BCH ELECTRIC LTD as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources. In 2003, they became the Head of Education & Training at LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. Later, they joined Maruti Suzuki India Limited as the Head of Human Resources for Suzuki Powertrain India Ltd. Pradeep then moved to HPCL-Mittal Energy Ltd as the Head of Corporate HR in 2008. Throughout their career, Pradeep Kumar has held various senior-level roles, showcasing their expertise in the field of HR.

Pradeep Kumar completed their Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Indian Jobs and Careers from 1994 to 1996. Pradeep also obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Indian Jobs and Careers. Prior to this, they earned a BSc in Physics from Bareilly College from 1990 to 1993. Pradeep has also achieved additional certifications including Certified Coach from The Marshal Goldsmith Group in 2017 and Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in 2016.
