Wilmary Soto-Guignet

Wilmary joined HPOne as VP Controller in October 2022. She brings over 14 years of experience from a combination of fast-paced NASDAQ technology companies and a big 4 public accounting firm, where she has, among other things, led the SEC reporting function including quarterly and year-end audits, FP&A reporting, M&A integrations, asset purchases, IPO transactions (Form S-1)/equity raises and complex accounting areas. Wilmary has a track record of scaling and developing high performing teams, implementing efficient data-driven strategies and processes, while working closely with C-level executives as a strategic thought leader. Wilmary has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico.
