Elizabeta McLean has extensive experience in operations and customer service management. Elizabeta began their career in 2005 as a Transport Dispatcher at Mak Trucking, where they tracked and managed drivers to ensure on time delivery of goods from suppliers to customers. In 2008, they joined DHL as a Customer Operations Manager, managing and directing the development of all material for the Receiving Department and was accountable for inbound material from overseas and domestic sales. In 2014, Elizabeta became Floor Supervisor/Shift Manager at Lone Star Bar & Grill, where they were responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality control, organizing stock, ordering food and drink supplies, maintaining equipment, and adhering to health and safety precautions. In 2017, they joined National Express Transit Corporation as an Operations Department Manager, responsible for the day to day operations of four different contracts. In 2019, Elizabeta moved to Total Transit Enterprises as an Operations Manager/International Call Center Manager, providing oversight to over 56 leased vehicle drivers and 200 plus rideshare drivers. Finally, in 2022, they joined Transport Care Services as a Customer Experience Manager, providing oversight to over 18 Customer service agents, four leads and four schedulers. Currently, Elizabeta is an GT Operations Manager at HQ.

Elizabeta McLean obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from MIT University Skopje MK in 2016, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Elizabeta previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Customs Admin from Kliment Ohridski University in 2004, with a field of study in Customs and Logistics.
