Karthik Chengayan Sridhar

Karthik Chengayan Sridhar is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading and developing complex distributed systems. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at H&R Block since November 2021, Karthik previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at T-Mobile, where responsibilities included serving as an Engineering Lead and applying software engineering best practices for scalability and performance. Karthik began their career as an Applications Developer at Sprint, progressing through roles that included a Graduate Teaching Assistant role at the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Programmer Analyst position at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Karthik holds a Master of Information Technology and Management with a focus on Web Design and Application Development from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from St. Joseph's College of Engineering.
