Susan Preziosa

Susan Preziosa is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in client service and information technology. Currently serving as VP of the Client Service Organization at H&R Block since October 2007, Susan leads a global team dedicated to enhancing both digital and human service experiences for clients. Prior to this role, Susan held multiple senior positions, including VP of Information Technology, where technology solutions were developed to support corporate functions such as HR and Finance, and VP of Security and Compliance at Citi. Susan's earlier career at General Electric (GE) spanned over a decade, culminating in roles such as CIO for Global Life and Health and CIO for Global Operations, where technology teams delivered solutions for insurance processes. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Saint Peter's University.
