Dan Steele

Dan Steele is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR administration and consulting. Currently serving as an Independent Human Resources Consultant since January 2024, Dan previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Synovus Financial Corporation from March 2006 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing HR administration for the Operations Division and corporate banking division. Prior to this role, Dan was the Plant HR Manager at The Timken Company from January 2003 to March 2006, focusing on safety, productivity improvement, and enhancing employee involvement.
