Ausra Plokstiene

Ausra Plokstiene has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ausra started their career in 2004 as a Recruitment Coordinator at InSource Business Services, where they worked until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Ausra worked as a Human Resources Officer at Mercer. Ausra then moved on to Abbott, where they served as a Human Resources Officer from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they joined Hilton Food Group plc as an HR Generalist from 2015 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Ausra worked as an HR Generalist at eCOMM Merchant Solutions. Most recently, they were employed by Bulmers Ireland (C&C Group) as a Human Resources Advisor from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Ausra holds the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at HR Duo, starting in October 2022.

Ausra Plokstiene received a Diploma in Business Administration from Kaunas University of Technology from 1995 to 1998. Ausra then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management at the National College of Ireland from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, during the same period, they obtained an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from CIPD Qualifications.
