Florence Kenefick, MCIPD

Florence Kenefick, MCIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Florence is currently working at HR Duo, where they have held various roles. Florence started as a Personnel Officer in 2005 and later transitioned to become a HR Management Information Officer. In this role, they worked with HR and managers to develop innovative approaches for producing business information. Florence then became an HR Advisor before taking on the position of Reward Advisor. As a Reward Advisor, they were responsible for resolving complex pay queries, benchmarking pay, and modernizing terms and conditions. In 2013, they became an HR Manager at the London Borough of Camden, where they worked for a year before transitioning to another HR Manager role at the same company. Subsequently, they became the Head of Knowledge & Systems at HR Duo and later took on the role of Manager, HR Policy & Best Practice. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Product at HR Duo.
