Nicolas Bernal has worked in various roles throughout their career. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Member Services Associate at Healthfirst, where they focused on providing excellent customer service. In 2018, they moved up to the position of Senior Service Agent within the company. From 2019 to 2020, Nicolas worked as a QA Auditor at Healthfirst, conducting compliance audits and tracking quality assessment scores to ensure accurate handling of member accounts. In 2020, they joined SAP SuccessFactors as a Support Engineer, where they worked until 2023. Here, Nicolas provided technical support and assistance to ensure smooth operations. Currently, they are a Managed Support Services Consultant at HR Focal Point.
