Emma Smith

Emma Smith has extensive experience in compliance and quality management, currently serving as the Group Compliance and Quality Manager at HR GO plc since March 2022. Prior to this role, Emma held various positions at HR GO Recruitment from July 2010 to March 2022, including National Compliance Manager, Business Process Manager, Executive Assistant, and Administrator. Emma also worked as an Allocations Officer at Refugee and Migrant Justice from December 2008 to June 2010 and as a Health and Safety Administrator at Skanska from February 2004 to November 2008. Emma’s career began at Emma's Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS), where Emma progressed from Administrative Assistant to Head of Personnel between July 1993 and June 2003.
