Filip Malek has a diverse professional background, with experience in sales, marketing, events coordination, and HR. Currently, Filip holds the position of Head of Partnerships & Co-Founder at HR Hints, where Filip works with founders and managers on building and leading engaged organizations. Additionally, Filip serves as the Head of Sales at Culturivy® Institute and Sales & Marketing Manager at Skuteczny Rekruter IT. Filip has previously worked in international sales, senior sales coordination, credit & collections analysis, and event coordination roles. Filip holds degrees in Economics from Jagiellonian University and the University of Wroclaw.
