Laurent Etienne

Laurent Etienne has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as the Head of Labour Relations, Regulation & Legal Support at HR Rail since September 2012. Prior to this role, Laurent held various positions at SNCB Holding from November 1999 to September 2012, including Regional Human Resources Manager and conseiller RH, where responsibilities included career management, performance management implementation, and competency management. Laurent also focused on statutory pension management and legislative analysis during earlier roles. Initial experience in the banking sector was attained at Fortis Bank as a Délégué commercial from April 1998 to November 1999. Regarding academic qualifications, Laurent holds master's degrees in International Relations and Political Science from prestigious institutions, supplemented by various additional studies in related fields.
