Rachel's inspiration to pursue a career in the field came when a patient, who happened to be a Benefits Account Manager, offered her a job opportunity—this pivotal moment led Rachel to embark on a new path, transitioning from a Registered Medical Assistant to an Insurance Agent.

Rachel approaches problem-solving and decision-making using the 8-step Problem-Solving Process in her role. This systematic approach includes defining the problem, clarifying goals, identifying root causes, developing action plans, executing them, evaluating results, and continuously improving.

One of Rachel's significant accomplishments in her career so far is becoming a licensed Insurance Agent. This achievement showcases her commitment to professional growth and development.
