Laura Chuck currently serves as the VP People at Buildkite and is the Lead Ambassador for Transform, an organization focused on influencing strategy and inspiring innovation in the workforce. Previously, Laura held the position of Head of People for Australia and New Zealand at TikTok, where leadership in diversity and inclusion initiatives was a key focus. With leadership roles at companies such as Twitch, Ancestry, Zynga, Lyft, InMobi, and Nokia, Laura has demonstrated a strong track record in human resources and organizational development, achieving significant growth and transformation within each organization. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from TAFE NSW.
