Lauren Kim is an experienced analyst currently working at HR&A Advisors since July 2021. Previously, Lauren held various roles at Yale University, including Research Analyst at the Poorvu Center for Teaching and Learning and Social Data Scientist for the Program on Climate Change Communication. In addition, Lauren served as an Academic Strategies Mentor, Peer Mentor & Student Coordinator in the Environmental Studies Department, and Kelp Hatchery Intern at GreenWave. Other notable experiences include internships with the American Flood Coalition and the City of New Haven's Office of Economic Development, as well as being an Urban Fellow and Food Forest Urban Design Intern with the Wutong Foundation. Lauren Kim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies & Urban Studies from Yale University and continues to enhance language skills through programs at National Taiwan University and Beijing Language and Culture University.
