Julius Bähr

Julius Bähr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Julius is currently the Head of Solution Consulting at HRForecast since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Market Intelligence Team leader at HRForecast from May 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining HRForecast, Julius worked at KPMG Deutschland, where they held various positions. Julius was an Assistant Manager at KPMG Innovate from October 2020 to April 2021. Julius also worked as KPMG Venture Services (Smart Start) from April 2018 to April 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Associate and an Associate at KPMG Innovate from October 2019 to September 2020 and from December 2018 to September 2019, respectively.

Julius gained work experience at other companies as well. Julius worked as a Product Portfolio Management Working Student at OSRAM from July 2017 to March 2018. Julius also held positions at FlixBus, where they worked as a Business Development Working Student from August 2016 to January 2017 and as a Business Development Intern from May 2016 to August 2016.

Furthermore, Julius worked at MTU Aero Engines as an Investor Relations Bachelorant from June 2015 to September 2015. Julius also worked as an Investor Relations Working Student from February 2015 to May 2015. Additionally, Julius gained experience as a Datenanalyse Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at HRForecast - a peopleForecast company from October 2014 to January 2015.

Julius Bähr completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Technology and Management oriented Business Administration from the Technical University of Munich. Julius pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Technology and Management oriented Business Administration as well.
