Bethalyn Staples has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bethalyn has recently held roles at HRL Laboratories, LLC as a Recruiting Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP. Bethalyn also has experience as an Outreach & Communications Coordinator at the IATSE Entertainment and Exhibition Industries Training Trust Fund and in production at Wild Canary Animation. Bethalyn's previous employment includes roles at SAG-AFTRA as a Program Manager for the L.A. Conservatory and as an Administrative Assistant in Human Resources. Additionally, they have held positions at ISBX, Bender/Helper Impact, Stiletto Entertainment, Lambent Personal Services, and The Silent Movie Theatre, where they served in various roles including Business Services Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Department Assistant & Social Media Manager, Personal Assistant, and Events and Operations Manager.

Bethalyn Staples attended Longwood University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Theatre and Communications. In May 2021, they also obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
