Daniel Queen

Daniel Queen has extensive work experience in various scientific and research roles. Daniel is currently employed as a Senior Research Staff Scientist at HRL Laboratories, LLC since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Physicist at Northrop Grumman from July 2014 to July 2021. Before that, they served as an NRC Postdoctoral Fellow at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory from July 2012 to June 2014. Daniel also has experience working at the University of California, Berkeley, where they held positions such as Junior Specialist from August 2011 to July 2012, Graduate Student Research Assistant from June 2004 to August 2011, and Junior Development Engineer from August 2005 to August 2009. Daniel began their research career as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at UC San Diego from July 2001 to July 2004, following their earlier role as an Undergraduate Researcher from 1998 to 2001.
