Geoffrey Kimball

Geoffrey Kimball started working at Balboa Water Group in September 2015 as a Quality Inspector. Geoffrey held this role until April 2016. In November 2016, they joined HRL Laboratories, LLC as a Security employee. In this position, Geoffrey provided physical security oversight and expertise to a campus with over 500 employees. Their responsibilities included badge checking, approvals, directing visitors and customers, and controlling the main point of access. Their tenure at HRL Laboratories, LLC is ongoing.

Geoffrey Kimball has a strong educational background in engineering. Geoffrey obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Geoffrey further pursued their education at Santa Clara University and earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2011 to 2013.

To enhance their skills and knowledge, Geoffrey also pursued additional certifications related to their field. Geoffrey obtained certifications in "Converter Circuits," "Introduction to Power Electronics," and "First Order Optical System Design" from Coursera. The certifications were obtained in November 2020, September 2020, and December 2019, respectively. Overall, their education and certifications demonstrate a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and a commitment to continuous learning in their field.
