Jessica Metcalf

Jessica Metcalf has a diverse work experience. Jessica is currently working as the Lead Personnel Security at HRL Laboratories, LLC since June 2022. Prior to this role, they were an Industrial Security Specialist II at the same company since August 2019.

Before joining HRL Laboratories, LLC, Jessica served in the U.S. Army Reserve, specifically in the 325th Expeditionary Military Intelligence Battalion. Jessica held the position of Battalion Security Manager from January 2018 to June 2019, where they managed the security clearances for 329 soldiers and maintained the Security Clearance Access Roster (SCAR) and Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) access rosters.

Jessica has a long history of service in the U.S. Army, starting in July 1997 as a Senior Human Intelligence Collector until June 2019.

Jessica also served in the U.S. Army Reserve, specifically in the 314th Military Intelligence Battalion. As the Battalion Security Manager from March 2013 to January 2018, they oversaw the security clearances for 200 soldiers and maintained the SCAR and JPAS access rosters.

Additionally, Jessica worked in the U.S. Army Reserve's North East Army Reserve Intelligence Support Center as a Special Security Representative from September 2009 to March 2013. In this role, they managed clearances for over 800 individuals and supervised the Senior Staff. Jessica was also responsible for overseeing military training teams and designing training scenarios for different intelligence disciplines.

Jessica's work experience also includes a role as a Purchasing Assistant at Semitool from March 2007 to March 2008.

Jessica Metcalf is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General at National University, starting in 2022.
