Aitor Marin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies in the travel and technology industries. Aitor started their career in 2001 as a Market Manager at Grupo Iris, where they played a crucial role in the development and launch of the first Latam Travel Marketplace. From 2004 to 2009, they worked at Amadeus in various roles, including Product & Customer Segment Manager and Head of Latam e-commerce Competency Center, where they achieved excellent results and developed new sales and delivery strategies for e-commerce products. In 2009, they joined Campus Party Corp. as the Latam Expansion Director and later became the Country Manager for Mexico, where they successfully started and managed the Mexican operation. In 2013, they founded their own company, Plano_A, before moving on to Provu in 2022 as the Head of Partnerships. Currently, they are the Director of Sales-Latam at HRS Group, where they utilize their extensive experience to drive sales growth and develop strategic partnerships in the Latin American market. Furthermore, Aitor has consistently demonstrated their leadership skills and has been recognized with awards for their exceptional performance and achievements throughout their career.

Aitor Marin has a diverse education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. In 1994, they attended the University of Greenwich and obtained a degree in HND Service Industries Management, focusing on service management, business administration, and tourism. Aitor then pursued a BA (hons) in Business Studies with Tourism at the University of the West of England from 1996 to 1997.

Continuing their educational journey, Aitor Marin completed an MSC (hons) in International Tourism at the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria between 1998 and 2001, with an emphasis on e-commerce. In 2007, they furthered their knowledge in business and managerial economics by attending Ibmec.

In 2008, Aitor Marin enrolled at IPADE Business School, where they obtained an MBA degree with a focus on management from 2008 to 2010. Shortly afterward, they pursued further professional development in the field of product management at Sequent Learning Networks, completing the Product Management Essentials program in 2008.

To expand their expertise in innovation, Aitor Marin completed a certificate program at the University of California, Berkeley in 2009. In 2021, they pursued further professional development in innovation and design thinking by obtaining a certification from the Global Innovation Management Institute. Aitor also attained an associate degree in Innovation Management from the same institution.

In the same year, they completed a certification program in Sustainable Development Revolution (ESG: A Revolução da Sustentabilidade) at Exame. These educational experiences demonstrate Aitor Marin's commitment to continuous learning and staying updated in various areas of expertise.
