Ed Yeung, PhD, currently serves as the Director of People Science at HRSG, a role held since September 2016, where leadership is provided in the people analytics research practice, translating data into strategic HR insights for various organizations. Experience includes overseeing a team of analysts, managing project teams in research and analytics, and developing employee selection and development assessments. Previous positions include roles as an Intermediate Analyst and Junior Analyst, focused on data analysis and research reporting, as well as a Research Consultant at Waterloo Organizational Research and Consulting Group. Educational qualifications include a PhD and Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo, along with certifications in data analysis and programming from prestigious institutions including Harvard.
