Nurul Islam is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in service delivery and customer relations. Currently serving as IT Service Delivery Manager at HRUC since January 2024, Nurul previously held positions as IT Team Lead / Customer Relations Manager at Comfort Care Services Ltd, and worked as an NHS Volunteer Responder for the Royal Voluntary Service.
