Andrea Nicholls

Andrea Nicholls is the current Director at HSBC Canada. Prior to their current position, they worked as the Vice President of Finance at Triton Digital from December 2011 to March 2019. Andrea was responsible for leading the 14 person finance team and managing the finance operations and financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP (including external audit). Before Triton Digital, Andrea worked as the Corporate Controller at Otera Capital from March 2009 to March 2011. At Otera Capital, they were responsible for all aspects of financial accounting, external reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis, accounting system development/implementation, regulatory compliance and reporting to the audit committee in accordance with Canadian GAAP and IFRS.

Andrea Nicholls has a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University, a CPA from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute. Andrea also has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance from McGill University. Andrea is certified by the Ordre des CPA du Québec as a Chartered Professional Accountant, CA.
