Richard Rizzo has a wealth of experience in the banking and finance industry, spanning over three decades. Richard has held various senior roles at multiple prestigious companies, including HSBC, Capital One, MUFG, Fifth Third Bank, Wells Fargo Wealth Management, Citigroup, Wachovia (now Wells Fargo), and Bank of America.
At HSBC, Richard worked as a Senior Global Relationship Manager and later became the Team Lead for Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey Corporate Banking. Richard also held the same Team Lead position at MUFG.
During their time at Capital One, they served as a Managing Director, where they were responsible for managing and executing complex credit proposals and overseeing customer needs.
At Fifth Third Bank, Richard was the Managing Director for the MidAtlantic region, leading the bank's expansion into the third-largest market in the country. Their responsibilities included originating investment-banking transactions, corporate lending, and other credit and non-credit products.
At Wells Fargo Wealth Management, Richard took on various roles, including Senior Director of Banking/Wealth Management for the PA/DE region, Regional Director Wealth Management for Greater Philadelphia, Southern NJ, and DE, and Commercial Banking Director for the Greater PA region.
Richard also held senior positions at Citigroup, where they served as the Head of Mid-Atlantic Global Commercial Banking, and at Wachovia (now Wells Fargo), where they worked as the Market Leader for Dallas, TX, and the Director of Industrial Growth Corporate Finance for the Charlotte/Greensboro area.
Early in their career, Richard worked at Bank of America as an AVP and Corporate Loan Officer, covering the key Boston market.
