Samantha Scobie has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. Samantha started their professional journey at the Royal Bank of Scotland in 1988, where they held positions in branch banking, electronic banking support, product management, project management, and senior change management. Their responsibilities included delivering business and integration programs, leading change management teams, and implementing strategic initiatives. In 2012, Samantha joined Collaboration Insights Ltd as a Director. Samantha then moved on to become a Collaboration Strategist & Adoption Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where they developed and implemented adoption strategies for collaboration tools. In 2014, Samantha began working at HSBC, first as a Delivery Lead, then as a Programme Manager and Programme Director. In 2019, they became the European Head of Portfolio Delivery, and in 2021, they assumed the role of Global Head of Product Delivery Enablement.
