Stephen Kearns

Stephen Kearns has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Stephen started their career as a Financial Analyst at Lincoln Educational Services in 2009 and worked there until 2011. Kearns then joined the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as a Compliance Examiner II from 2011 to 2014. Stephen later moved to Citi, where they held roles as Assistant Vice President - Market Surveillance from 2014 to 2015 and Vice President - Market Surveillance from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Kearns is working as the Vice President - Global Markets Regulatory Compliance at HSBC, starting from December 2018.

Stephen Kearns completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Marist College in 2009. Stephen then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Economics at Baruch College from 2013 to 2017.
