Clare Hawkins currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at HSBC Innovation Banking, a position held since June 2023. Clare's earlier experience includes serving as the Regional HR Business Partner for Treasury and Trade Solutions EMEA at Citi from September 2006 to September 2013, as well as Head of HR in Edinburgh during that timeframe. Clare began a career in human resources at Deutsche Bank, working as a Regional and Global HR Business Partner from June 2003 to August 2006.
