Cindy Hartman

Cindy Hartman is a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in both clinical and educational settings. Currently serving at HILO Medical Center and HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital Highland since 2009, Cindy specializes in in-patient and out-patient nutrition assessment and counseling, along with community outreach. Prior roles include adjunct faculty positions at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and Saint Louis Community College, where Cindy taught courses related to nutrition and culinary arts. Additional experience encompasses consulting dietitian roles that involve menu review, nutrition screening, and education programs at various organizations, including San Gabriel Memory Care and the San Antonio Food Bank. Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and completed a Dietetics Internship at Texas State University.
