Richard Ridings II possesses a diverse background in environmental services, customer service, and production roles. Currently serving as an Environmental Associate at Compass One Healthcare since March 2024, Richard has accumulated extensive experience in housekeeping and facility maintenance, having previously worked in similar capacities at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital Highland and Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation. Richard's career also includes roles such as Warehouse Team Member at Amazon DLI5, Substitute Custodian at Bond County School District 2, and various positions in food service and photo lab management. An alumnus of Kaskaskia College, Richard earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies, following graduation from Bond County Community Unit #2 High School.
