Heather Uhlenhopp is a Resiliency Specialist and Master's Level Intern at The Renovo Center since September 2023. Currently also serving as a Marketing Administrative Assistant for the Home School Legal Defense Association since March 2018, Heather Uhlenhopp oversees the advertising program and manages the Member Savings program, negotiating discounts with over 35 vendors and enhancing customer engagement. Previously, Heather Uhlenhopp held roles as a Membership Representative at the same association, handling high volumes of customer contacts and assisting in a transition to Salesforce, and as a Director at a Chick-fil-A franchise, managing over 50 employees and their scheduling. Additional experience includes serving as an Office Assistant at Schaffer & Black, PC and interning at the Frederick County State's Attorney Office. Heather Uhlenhopp holds a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Shepherd University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work with a clinical focus at Boston University.
