Jennifer Tharp

Jennifer Tharp, PhD, currently serves as an Executive Coach at Novus Global, leveraging over a decade of coaching experience alongside academic research to elevate the performance and thriving of individuals and organizations. Jennifer also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Maryville University Online, where guidance is provided through the academic research process. Previously, Jennifer was an Affiliate Consultant at Credo - Higher Education Consulting, focusing on aligning organizational practices with missions of success. In a lengthy tenure at The King's College, Jennifer advanced through various roles, culminating as Associate Provost, while developing retention strategies and initiatives. Additional teaching roles have included adjunct positions at Messiah College and research assistance at Azusa Pacific University, where Jennifer contributed to studies on thriving. Jennifer's educational background includes a PhD in Higher Education, a Master’s in Student Affairs, and a Bachelor’s in Family Studies.
