Nilushani Sellathurai

Nilushani Sellathurai began their work experience at ORS Service AG in 2015 as an HR-Specialist in Vertragsmanagement. Nilushani later transitioned to the role of HR-Generalistin, which they held until September 2018. In 2018, they joined SoftwareONE as an HR-Generalistin. From July 2019 to December 2022, they worked at the BAUMANN Group as an HR Business Partner and Team Lead HR. Currently, they are the Head of HR at H&T Presspart, starting in February 2023.

In 2009, they attended KV-Chur and obtained a degree as a Kauffrau, with an E-Profil.

From 2014 to 2015, they studied at ibW Höhere Fachschule Südostschweiz and became a certified HR-Assistentin.

Between 2016 and 2017, they pursued further education at NBW Netzwerk für betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung and received a degree as an HR-Fachfrau, specializing in Personal.

In 2019, they attended the ZHAW School of Management and Law and obtained a Certificate of Advanced Study in Arbeitsrecht.

In the future, in 2023 and 2024, they will be attending SIB Swiss Institute for Business Administration to obtain a Dipl. HR Leiterin degree, with a focus on Personalleitung/Personalverwaltung, allgemein.
